Services are delivered by trained technicians and medical aesthetics professionals. Procedures that require medical oversight are performed by or under the direction of qualified providers.

Clients must be 18+ for medical aesthetic treatments. Minors require a parent/guardian present and written consent for select skincare services.

Consultations & Treatment Planning

How do consultations work?

Every new client begins with a 30-minute, complimentary consultation. We review your skin concerns, current routine, and (if relevant) makeup products and laser hair removal goals, then create a personalized regimen and treatment plan. We typically schedule a follow-up in 4–6 weeks to check your progress.

For laser and certain active treatments, a patch test or timing adjustments may be recommended based on your skin type and history.

That depends on the concern, skin type, and treatment modality. For example, laser hair removal often requires a series, while facials may be monthly maintenance. We’ll outline a realistic plan and expected timeline during your consult.

Safety & Medical Considerations

Is it safe?

Your safety is our priority. We use evidence-based protocols, medical-grade products, and pre-treatment screenings. Please disclose all medical conditions, allergies, medications (including acne or blood-thinning meds), recent sun exposure, and past cosmetic procedures.

Some treatments are deferred during pregnancy/breastfeeding. We’ll recommend safe alternatives and supportive skincare.

Discomfort varies by procedure. Many services feel like mild pressure or tingling; others (e.g., laser) may feel like quick snaps of a rubber band. We offer comfort measures where appropriate.

Before & After Your Appointment

How should I prepare?
  • Arrive with clean skin (no makeup on treatment areas).
  • Avoid sunburns/tanning beds and self-tanner before laser/peels.
  • Discontinue retinoids/strong exfoliants 3–5 days prior (unless we advise otherwise).
  • Shave (not wax) the area 24 hours before laser hair removal.

We’ll give you customized instructions. In general: hydrate, use gentle products, and apply broad-spectrum SPF 30+. Avoid heat, saunas, and vigorous workouts for the first 24 hours after most energy-based treatments.

Results & Expectations

When will I see results?

Some treatments provide instant glow; others build gradually over weeks. Series-based services (like laser and microneedling) require multiple sessions for best outcomes.

Longevity varies by procedure and lifestyle. We’ll recommend maintenance treatments and at-home products to extend results.
